I found the product I wanted, it was the cheapest anywhere, in stock and 5 star customer reviews. Andrew kept me updated throughout, it was delivered on time and well packaged. I prefer to support small businesses but sometimes it’s hard for them to compete with Amazon prices and delivery speed. I was getting conflicting information from Amazon about the wall mounted Gardena hose I wanted to buy and I noticed Pearson’s price and delivery speed (with the fast track delivery option) was better than Amazon. Andrew answered his mobile phone straight away and answered my queries. There are so many options nowadays for garden hoses, it’s hard to know what is appropriate for your situation. Andrew checked the hose I wanted was in the warehouse and made sure the courier collected it the same day for next working day delivery. He texted me to keep me updated. The hose arrived at mid day the next working day. It was easy to mount on the wall, even though I have no DIY skills. Will be contacting Andrew soon when I install an irrigation system. Stumbled across this site whilst searching the best deals available for a Gardena highfex hose 30m. They were by far the cheapest even with delivery charges included. I emailed first to make sure item was in stock, I got a speedy reply saying there was plenty in stock so I ordered. I was kept well informed of the progress of the order which arrived two days later.
That's what I call great service. I know where to come next time I want something for the garden. Great experience.
